Neka

This is Neka! Her’s is a very sad tale. She had been with her family since a pup. Now, as an elder, she developed eye problems and was thought to be blind. So, what happens? She ends up in the shelter! Worse part is the problems were due to her neglect. She had the worst case of dry eye I have ever seen. The ever present goop in her eyes impaired her vision. She IS NOT blind. She doesn’t even have cataracts! She is a very sweet girl but still shell shocked from her experience. She does not fight the eye drops and will even share a crate for meals! She needs love and assurance to rebuild her confidence. Neka eventually found her furever home with a family who accepted her medical issues and loves her very much! Happy tails, Neka!
