Kane

Say hello to Kane! He is an elder with advanced dementia. He went straight into foster. Kane is in decline. His foster family is very concerned about his mobility and apparent weakness in back legs. Vet said it is all neurologic and part of his dementia. He is definitely a hospice baby but is receiving all the love and care he can stand. He is a hospice foster so will be with his family till the end.

Kane gained his angel wings on 4/20/21. He was so well loved and will be missed very much!
