Pearl

This wonderful, shy, sweet elder was sitting in a high kill shelter awaiting a hopeless end. She has not gotten much of a break. Since being with us she has been diagnosed with Cushing’s disease and a rare complication of said disease. Her femoral veins have calcified. She cannot bend her back legs and it gives her the strangest gait! She is also going blind and is totally deaf. We provide her with pain management and medications for her various problems. She will remain with us in sanctuary.
