Precious Souls Canine Rescue and Sanctuary

Toby

Hi, I'm Toby and I am proud to say that I was the hardest, but best catch in the house. I made my rescue a very difficult and long process for Mom, but finally allowed her to take me home. See, I was a really young fella but also quite street smart. Even though I was very ill, I wanted no part of the human experience...I had experienced nothing but abuse, pain and sorrow. But I realized mom was different. I felt sorry for her and decided to give in. Ha ha, best thing I ever did. Heaven only knows why she tried so hard because I was a mess...hair missing, fleas and ticks, worms in my heart, a liver almost shut down which caused all my organs to be sick, not to mention all the intestinal parasites...Like I said, a real mess!!! But today...today I am TOP DOG, man of the house, ruler of all I see!!!!!! How lucky can a guy get!

Update: Toby was recently treated for a corneal ulcer that was not healing properly. We consulted with an ophthamologist, had six weeks of treatment and he fully healed. Toby is still top man and the best baby ever!
