Wilhelmina Maxine

Introducing Wilhemina Maxine, aka, Mini Max! Mini is an elder little girl taken in from another rescue. She had multiple medical issues including severe tracheal collapse, history of cardiac disease, skin issues, severe periodontal disease and bilateral strangulating inguinal hernias. Before surgical intervention she had to be evaluated by a cardiologist. Results of echocardiogram were pretty good, at least no meds needed at this time. The tracheal situation is of much concern.
She had her surgery (dental and fix hernias) and did very well. She is currently in foster.

On Dec 13 we lost both Maddie and Mini Max. That night Mini Max failed very quickly. Lynn and I rushed her to ER. She required CPR on the way. When we arrived at Sherwood Forest Clinic they took her back right away but could not resuscitate her. We are not sure but I think she had a total tracheal collapse.
