Blue

Meet Blue. He is blind with badly damaged eyes. By all accounts it seems this little fella was the subject of not only neglect but also abuse. On arrival at the vet he seemed to be neurologic and absolutely terrified. Turns out his sodium was extremely high and that causes brain swelling. He has been in treatment for several days and his sodium has decreased to an acceptable level. AND, he is not neurologic!!!! He will have to have his eyes removed and get a dental. I am looking forward to getting him here so he can start his new journey.)

Update: Blue has had his eyes removed. While he is slowly building his confidence, he doesn’t really like to be pet and is very scared of people.
