Buddy was Abandoned after the storm. Got out of house he was left in and was on the side of the road about to have a heat stroke. He was picked up with another large dog that had a nasty embedded collar. Buddy could not walk after he was picked up. He also had a bad head tilt indicating a neuro issue. He was a candidate for euthanasia so we took him in. He’s still very traumatized but he’s slowly settling in.
